Beach House Rental Rates

Please note that besides the refundable damage deposit, your rental payment includes a 6% lodging tax and a cleaning fee. No other fees are applied. The deposit will be refunded within four (4) weeks after your departure provided that: 

• The house is left in a reasonably clean condition. 
• No damage has occurred. 
• No pets were on the premises. 
• No more than eight (8) people, including children of all ages, occupied the house. 
• No RV’s were on the property and/or tied to the house utilities. 

Note: The damage deposit is not considered part of the rent payment. 

To reserve the Gulf Gaze Beach House, please ensure the following: 

• Payment #1: Initial payment 
• Documents: Completed, signed, and dated Rental Agreement along with the initialed Policy & Procedures document 

Once Payment #1 and the required documents are received, your reservation will be confirmed. 

• Payment #2: Final payment to be made in full 3 weeks prior to your arrival date 

Upon receipt of Payment #2, we will provide you with a door code for entry.
